About Elite Athlete Marketing (EAM): Our Story
Built by Those Who’ve Been in the Game.
At Elite Athlete Marketing (EAM), we didn't learn about the recruiting and NIL landscape from a textbook. We lived it. Our team is a powerhouse collective of former Division 1, 2, 3, and NAIA athletes from nearly every sport, seasoned coaches who have sat on the other side of the recruiting desk, and parents who have navigated the stress of the "next level" first-hand.
We started EAM because we saw a gap. The "old way" of recruiting—mailing out DVDs and hoping for a look—is dead. Today, athletes are facing a "New World" that is faster, louder, and more complex than ever. Between the transfer portal, evolving scholarship counts, and the explosive rise of NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness), getting noticed isn't enough anymore. You have to be unavoidable.
Why We Started EAM
We know the late-night car rides to tournaments, the pressure of a "must-win" game in front of scouts, and the confusion of trying to figure out what a "fair" NIL deal looks like. We realized that while talent is everywhere, the platform to showcase that talent is often missing.
We built EAM to be the bridge between raw talent and professional branding. We combine high-tech content production with high-level representation to ensure that no athlete’s hard work goes unnoticed.
